My practice primarily focuses on individuals seeking treatment for issues of self-esteem, relationships or work problems. These problems can create feelings of despair, loneliness, and hopelessness. Normally, we all begin experiencing these feelings as children and as adults we may develop behavioral patterns which contribute to the perpetuation of low self-esteem. In therapy, we explore the reasons for self-defeating behavior. As we become more aware of what we do and why we do it, we can begin making the necessary changes for a successful future.
