Does it seem like life is getting in your way? Life is a journey and I look forward to meeting you and traveling with you on your journey to the life you want to live. We can work together to improve the quality of your life. We will work together on your difficulties, identifying underlying, many times hidden, challenges such as loss, and/or trauma. We will set and work toward goals you set for yourself. I have experience working empathetically with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, social injustice and trauma. The goal in psychotherapy is to alleviate symptoms so the client can lead a healthier life both emotionally and physically. I focus on helping people with their chosen issues. I do not focus on labels from the past. I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced social injustice and discrimination.
