I have been a clinician for over 20 years working with adolescents, adults and families in crisis. These stressful experiences may include suicidal ideation, self harm, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship strain. I have experience with crisis management, problem solving, goal development and coping strategies to help restore stability and hope.
