I'm a licensed marriage & family therapist and licensed mental health counselor. I approach my clients with kindness and compassion, understanding each person needs individualized care. My focus strengths are working with military, veterans, and their family members and treating anxiety, depression, and trauma with a culturally sensitive lens. As an "Army Brat" whose childhood was spent traveling to multiple duty stations with my parents and siblings, I understand the challenges of the military lifestyle. I work with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma and help people move forward in positive and lasting ways.
