At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up in today’s world. I specialize in helping individuals work through stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have been licensed for over 2 years and bring several years of supporting individuals through a variety of mental health challenges. My background includes working in community mental health agencies, hospitals and most recently. the public school system.
