Seeking help for anxiety, mood instability, or to work through complex relationship issues? When you are ready, I am here to help. A bit about me and my approach: many people I work with enter therapy to address anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem issues, and relational distress (including narcissistic abuse, intimate partner betrayal trauma, or struggles with emotionally immature parents and/or partners). People come to me when seeking a non-judgmental, engaging, and challenging therapist and are looking for deep + meaningful change. Working together, you can expect treatment to be supportive, transformative + invaluable. Specializing in treating anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, personality disorders, betrayal trauma, and complex relationship issues. I am psychodynamically trained + trauma-informed. I continue to seek advanced training and engage in weekly supervision + consultation with experts in the field to expand my knowledge in order to provide the highest standard of care.
