Today's lifestyle is plagued with many stressors which often impinge on our ability to accomplish goals. I believe therapy should provide an environment where coping skills needed to handle those stressors can be learned. I encourage the ideas of self-empowerment and independence. I strive to create a safe and confidential atmosphere where clients learn the skills which will promote individual success. In my opinion, therapy should provide an opportunity for growth which results in a higher level of self-satisfaction.
