I work with clients in a warm, collaborative environment, to identify areas that they are struggling with and find ways to create change in those areas. My approach involves helping clients develop better ways to cope with difficult emotions and gain insight/understanding in order to feel more comfortable and at peace. I draw on my training and experience in selecting treatment strategies that are geared towards the specific client's needs. It is important to me that clients feel respected and safe during our work together, and I find this helps clients make the progress that they are hoping to accomplish.
