My focus is to support individuals and couples in healing as they become aware of their inner strengths. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma and suffer from addiction, anxiety, grief, or depression. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing, which includes identifying and confronting negative thoughts, using guided imagery and visualization, as well as other coping and relaxation strategies. These techniques have proven incredibly effective in managing a wide range of issues and accelerating personal growth. This is achieved by providing a safe space free of judgment, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Together, we develop a plan utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing through a client-centered approach with the client’s needs and desired outcomes in mind.
