I provide individual, couples and group counseling. My practice focus is to encourage personal growth & transformation. By providing non-judgmental atmosphere, clients can feel safe to embrace change and feel empowered as they step forward in their lives. I believe in a strength-based approach to therapy and in providing skills that can be used every day. I help identify, challenge, and change negative or self-defeating beliefs and attitudes that can create or worsen feelings such as depression, anxiety, fear, panic, or anger.
