I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health field since 2003. I love working with adolescents, adults and couples with a variety of presenting concerns. My style is interactive, collaborative and direct. I work with clients to see their lives, relationships and concerns from a new perspective, helping them better understand their own strengths and abilities to make changes and reach their goals. I utilize various treatment techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Solution Focused therapies to tailor an individual treatment plan for each client or couple.
