Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I received my Masters from Johns Hopkins University and have over 10 years of combined experience working in mental health. Over the years, I have worked with clients to achieve their goals of becoming the best versions of themselves, using an Eclectic model tailored to client's specific needs. I believe therapy is not a one size fits all approach, so i ensure that each client is treated with respect and empathy and their confidentiality and privacy are respected by creating a safe space for clients. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, to help ease into therapy, review informed consent and confidentiality, go over no show and cancellation policy, establish rapport and dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
