The natural course of life presents many transitions, challenges, peaks and valleys. Each of us is "hard wired" in a different way, whether it be "nurture" or "nature". There are times in our lives when we can bounce back from anything and then there are times in our lives when our resilience falls short. It can be extremely helpful to have another person offer us new perspectives, be a sounding board, be a reality check or show us the way out of the storm. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families.
