About
Through an authentic therapeutic relationship, my goal as a clinician is to help clients reverse maladaptive coping mechanisms and provide helpful tools to relieve anxiety and/or depression. As a specialist treating eating disorders for all ages and genders, I provide education and guidance through the recovery process. With specific training in Family Based Treatment from Stanford, I guide and support caregivers to help their adolescent normalize their relationship with food and body. I would be honored to start this journey with you and your family or loved ones. Working with families is a part of my strategy when helping an identified client resolve their emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Many issues can be daunting to face and I promise to be a gentle guide towards healing and change.
