Finding and asking for help is not easy. I understand that trust and opening up to a complete stranger...a therapist, can be unsettling. One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space for us to begin our work together. Collaboratively and at your own pace...we will identify patterns of behavior, shifts in thinking and identify what is working for you and what is not. We will explore skills that will help you to create the change you desire within yourself or your environment.
