I believe in person-centered, strength-based therapy. I have a diverse, eclectic and sometimes irreverent approach to therapy and believe therapy is a collaborative endeavor. I emphasize listening and honoring each person’s unique experiences to create a supportive, affirming environment. My background within the LGBTQIA+ community informs my commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will work collaboratively to develop a plan that meets your needs.
