My name is Janet Lengsfelder. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been a nurse for over 40 years as well. My approach to therapy is to witness and support individuals and couples as they learn and grow so that they can experience joy, love, and peace in their lives. My post-graduate training was in Gestalt therapy. I believe the psychotherapy situation is a laboratory, an opportunity to look at oneself in a variety of mirrors. My role is as a guide and witness. I respect and honor the client to make the choices that bring freedom and fullness to their life.
