I want to know who you are, how you are and how you want to be. With over thirty years experience, I use in-depth relational approach, with an overall focus on person as individual, person in relationship and person in the world. The whole person is my client. Emotional reality is key. Emotions can rule us — Children like the idea of feelings likened to wild horses thundering haywire all over the landscape - and you don’t want to find yourself hanging onto the tail and pleading, while flying over the over the mountains. The thing to do is to get a saddle on that horse, seat yourself and take the reins. Then you are in control. My basic training is psychoanalytic, focused on one’s strengths being brought to good use. A broad focus on overall mental health leaves no stone unturned. I respect all political viewpoints.Focus on grief, chronic, complicated, and all dimensions of depression, anxiety, problems of living, past and current.. I assume you want to feel most fully alive.
