I am passionate about helping people navigate through the transitions of life, and I am honored to provide a psychologically safe and supportive environment when trauma, grief, anxiety and depression impact their ability to engage with life, or when old coping skills no longer work. I use a humanistic, existential perspective to support clients as they seek deep healing and peace. I am trained in EMDR, and offer that modality to those who desire it.
