My name is Janet Romero, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping others find their way to a life they love. I create a safe place for my clients by providing empathy and acceptance while helping them step out of their comfort zone to make the changes they want. I do not believe one therapy approach is right for everyone. I take a client-centered approach in therapy to respect each client as an individual. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing depending on each client's needs.
