I am a Licensed Mental Counselor with over 12 years of experience who provides clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment that will inspire them to continue their journey of healing and help improve their quality of life. I provide individual therapy to adults who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma related issues, grief, ADHD, sexual abuse, self-esteem issues, and many others. My greatest strengths as a provider are in many forms. I have more than 12 years of experience working with different populations and have developed the clinical skills required to help any individual.
