I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. My orientation is attachment based therapies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and attachment based trauma focused techniques to include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which I utilize in my work with adults, couples, and families.
