The ups and downs of life can trigger crisis; leaving us confused, emotionally upset, and sometimes leading to dysfunctional coping. We do not have control over all situations in life but finding meaning and purpose in these times can provide a framework for personal growth and development. I love to work with those who want to understand the origins of their problems, experiencing life transitions, problems in essential relationships, depression, and childhood trauma or loss. Therapy sessions are conducted via secure Video conference.
