Hi there, I'm Janette! I am a second-generation Filipino. I understand resistance in seeking out and utilizing therapy. As I continue to find my way through this journey, I hope to work with others who have also experienced such struggles and understand how transformative therapy can be. My approach is integrative, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Through my experiences and learning, my approach has grown to be more mindful with incorporating a trauma-informed and decolonized lens.
