My name is Janette and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety and trauma learn how to heal, self sooth, and empower themselves to navigate life's challenges. A majority of my practice focuses on helping clients reduce ruminating thoughts, calm their nervous systems and overcome negative thoughts and narratives.
