My approach is based on talk therapy interwoven with expressive arts, trauma therapy, mind-body and cognitive-behavioral strategies, adapted to suit your strengths and concerns. FYI: I do not use AI for notetaking, nor do I participate in venture capital-backed therapy companies. While those provide some user-end benefits (e.g. making it easier on the therapist or reimbursing at higher rates), I resist this trend.
