We all experience that moment in life where we simply just need someone to talk to! Sometimes our families, friends and loved ones just don't cut it and we need to find someone outside of our circle to dump the heavy baggage we carry around on. Finding that person is difficult. We need to find someone who we can actually connect with to work on our personal growth and our individual healing process. My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to build rapport with my patients. When you are comfortable with your therapist, that is when the magic begins and transformation happens!
