I am a licensed therapist in Delaware and Maryland, currently welcoming new clients who are ready to take the next step toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Using a client-centered approach, I blend CBT and solution-focused strategies tailored to your goals. I work with adults and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. I understand that seeking help can be a difficult decision, and I deeply respect your knowledge and expertise in your life.
