I welcome individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in their communication and relationships, grappling with grief, loss, divorce, or significant life transitions. These painful experiences, while difficult, can provide profound opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth. With a background in bereavement therapy in a hospice setting, as well as personal and professional experience with major illness diagnosis, I bring a wealth of experience and insight to my practice. My therapeutic approach draws upon psychodynamic methods, mindfulness and somatic techniques, Gottman's research, and Brainspotting.
