I am accepting NEW Clients - please reach out for a free consultation. My own recovery journey—I just celebrated 14 years sober—inspired me to become a counselor. I became a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor in 2023 and a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2025. I’m currently licensed in Arizona and Idaho, with plans to expand also into Washington State. I am caring, compassionate, and deeply empathetic. I strive to be a “safe space” where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind—without fear of judgment. My therapeutic approach is eclectic because I believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" path to healing.
