My ideal client would have moderate level of self-awareness, previous exposure to therapy or some form of self-help program as well as a willingness to learn new coping skills. This client would have an identified area of struggle in their life in which they are actively seeking to learn new ways to approach and interpret their current life circumstances. Possible areas of focus; substance use, relationships, identity, past trauma, attachment, boundary setting, work life balance. They would be willing to commit to consistent sessions to explore and reach a deeper understanding of themselves to increase overall life satisfaction. I offer a unique experience; I am an intuitive counselor using many different modalities. My mixed approach is flexible to the needs of the client, meeting you "where you are at" in current time and space. All the while holding your history and your process to aid you in self-exploration, a deeper knowing and a safe space to do that.
