I believe people’s lives can change when they feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. In those moments, we begin to discover our strengths and remember that we are worthy of prioritizing our mental health. My passion is working with those who have been made to feel powerless—survivors of abuse, individuals living with PTSD, and those navigating grief and loss. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and chronic conditions.
