I am currently accepting new clients, and offer a non -judgmental, encouraging space, in which to process what life throws at you, and learn new skills to cope with these challenges. In this space you can truly take time to focus on you and your needs. I look forward to being able to assist you in your journey, whether that be managing depression, anxiety, life or role transitions, relationship challenges, or difficulty in trauma recovery. Regardless of if you are new to therapy , or are continuing a path of personal growth, I am here to help in a judgement free environment.
