I have diverse experience working with many clients, including adults (aged 18-90) and children (aged 15-18) and with disorders including: PTSD, anxiety, bipolar, depression, dual diagnosis, OCD, eating and personality disorders. I have over 44 years' experience teaching mindfulness and often use it in my work, and in combination with CBT. I provide individual and family therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists or nurse practitioners on medication management issues.
