I’m Janice Moore, LCSW. If you’re here, something in you is ready for support—and that matters. Maybe anxiety is taking over, your mood feels heavy, or you’re navigating a life transition that’s left you feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to carry it alone. I work with older adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes, including women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
