My work is grounded in trauma-informed methods based on my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I frequently work with survivors of spiritual, sexual, and domestic abuse. I also work with first responders, ministry/non-profit professionals, and teenagers navigating the emotional demands of daily life. I believe healing begins when your story is truly believed and supported within a safe and consistent therapeutic relationship. Sessions with me often reflect a balance of client-led exploration and therapist-guided structure, allowing the counseling process to feel both supportive and purposeful.
