I can address anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-regulation, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, and more to help you or your child gain the coping skills to feel more confident. I work with ages ranging from 3-30, starting with play therapy at a younger age to using cognitive behavior therapy or a modality that fits your personality best as you age. We can decide on your goals together and work as a team.
