I work with clients to help them understand themselves, their feelings and reactions and help bringing processing and healing. My clients are typically experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, loss of sense of self or purpose, a need to improve or make sense of interpersonal relationships, spirituality and spiritual doubt or deconstruction, feelings of regret, anger, stress and an array of other personal issues.
