Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re just surviving instead of living. They may be navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, fatigue, or ADHD, and sometimes strained relationships leave them longing for connection. In our work together, I offer a safe space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. I provide understanding, support, and practical tools to cope. Most of all, I help clients find hope, healing, and the chance to feel balanced, confident, and more like themselves again.
