I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating gender identity, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, climate anxiety, relationship challenges, and other life issues. Using a variety of modalities, including EMDR and polyvagal therapy, we work together to design and implement a treatment plan that is as unique as you are.
