What is meaningful and important to you? This is different for everyone and can change for anyone in a given day. My approach to therapy is guided by the things you hold as valuable, and what they mean for you; all while using a trauma-informed and queer affirming framework. I strive to provide a safe space without judgment. I have worked with people of all ages who have survived trauma & I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ folks in health related issues, coming out, violent experiences, internalized homophobia/transphobia, transitioning, adverse military experiences, & building resilience, etc.
