I enjoy helping individuals and couples relieve whatever might be blocking access to joy and a sense of purpose in life. With 25+ years of experience, I provide an empathic, non-judgmental setting in which to actively explore and shift areas of stuckness due to depression, anxiety, loss, addiction, relationship/career difficulties, parenting struggles, sexuality/gender issues, existential aloneness, cultural displacement, family/traumatic history, or blocks in creativity, I believe finding resilience for life's twists and turns is key. I get actively involved, combining a flexible, open-minded and integrative approach.
