As a multiracial therapist, I understand the nuances of identity, belonging, and the layered experiences that shape how we move through the world. Drawing upon years of experience as an actor, dancer and yoga instructor, I work from a creative, holistic and integrative space, focusing on mindfulness, and attention to the body-mind-spirit connection. I believe in offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can voice and work through your problems.
