Thank you for making yourself a priority. The search may be daunting, but hang in there.. you are worth the investment. If you are overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or in need of healing, you may find therapy to be helpful. Sometimes we seek guidance or coaching for specific situations, and perhaps a neutral party from which to be truly heard. I offer a trusting environment to vent, heal, gain insight, expand coping skills, and make desired shifts. I have 20+ years of being in practice, and am so grateful you took this time. We all have experienced forms of trauma, whether conflict at school or blind sighted by a life event. More than being "trauma informed," I have specific training and certification in "trauma treatment." There is little I have not heard, and I am open to your experience whatever that may hold. I welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and complex challenges.
