Struggles can be part of life due to a variety of reasons, be it the past childhood traumas, as well as current stressors of life. Together we will explore what brought you to therapy in a confidential, supportive, nonjudgemental environment. My passion lies in empowering clients to develop self-compassion, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Some of my specialties are addiction, anxiety, depression and sexual trauma to name a few. Together, we’ll focus on building self-understanding and tools for lasting change. Whether in English or Spanish, I provide a compassionate, culturally sensitive space where healing and empowerment are possible.
