Having either been through challenges or currently existing in crisis, my clients want to stop merely surviving and instead begin thriving. They see the way things are, and they are no longer satisfied with it. My clients seek understanding, internal peace, and personal growth. They need help clarifying their goals and identifying the methods by which to achieve them. They want to live a life based on their personal values, uninhibited by mental health challenges or relational struggles.
