I am an experienced Therapist with Specialty focus in the areas of: Self Love/Self Esteem, Relationships and Attachment, Negative Childhood Experiences and Trauma informed care. I use a Psychodynamic foundation combined with other treatment modalities such Emotionally focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Attachment Focused and Trauma focused techniques to help people dig deep into the root causes of their symptoms in order to create long lasting and sustainable healing. I have over 12 years of experience in Behavioral Health after graduating with honors from Wayne State University. In our first session you can expect to feel safe and heard. We will spend time building rapport and discussing your personal reasons for seeking Therapy and the goals you wish to accomplish. I am very flexible, so we will take things at your pace and discuss topics that are most important to you.
