I work best with people who feel like outsiders, overthinkers, recovering perfectionists, and tenderhearted cynics. If you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, ADHD, or trauma (especially the complex, long-haul kind), I offer space for both the mess and the meaning. I love working with adults and older teens who are sharp, funny, and emotionally aware—but maybe struggling to offer themselves the same compassion they give everyone else.
