Welcome! Whether you stumbled across me in your search or you were referred to me, I am glad you found me. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision and I know it can be hard to get a sense of someone by reading a profile and not for nothing, it is very weird to write about oneself in this way. So here's my take: I have been a therapist for 15 years, I have a sense of humor, I am direct and conversational, while also being empathetic and nonjudgemental. My values as a therapist are to provide support and help you build the skills to be your own therapist over time.
