I love my work and I find everyone's story and situation to be unique and worthy of great care and deep attention. I have a particular interest in working with individuals and couples from an emotionally focused perspective. This involves slowing down to explore what emotions or needs may be driving certain problematic behaviors or coping strategies and learning new ways of meeting those needs more effectively. I primarily use EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) with couples. This is an evidence based, experiential approach that can create lasting change in the quality and security of the relationship.
